Gun Tight – Zona Post

With so many plays that are used to destroy zone coverage this year, your opponent is most likely going to throw in some man coverage to try to stop you.

Turbo Blitzing

I love this play. I have become addicted to turbo blitzing. I probably do it too much but it completely locks people up; especially this play because heats coming from both angles.

TE Out Made Famous by Fool

Now the reason why this play works so effectively is you have 2 routes to the running backs that are going to be open. You just have to choose who you want to throw it depending on who they are going.

Out and Up Creativity

The two “out and up” routes on the inside will be open vs man coverage every single time. They also find holes in zone defenses, but against zone I prefer to rocket catch the outside streaks.

The Ultimate Pressure Defense

I use this defense a lot through out a game. It gets great pressure without committing too much of your defense.

Preview of New K Starr Ebook

We have a crossing route combination on three levels over the middle of the field and last but not least the streak rocket. This play is a dot in itself. The y-trips formation in Pittsburgh is amongst the best in the game because of the HB screen and PA Steeler in we’ve presented to you guys, along with this gem of a play.

Double Sluggo

This play is so good mainly because of the slot WR and the RB. Both routes destroy man-to-man coverage, and if they are in zone they still can be open. Plus by using these hot routes it makes the play very hard to stop even if you know it’s coming. Your sending out all five guys and one of them is on a delay route so in case the defense blitzes it also provides you with protection.

PA Waggle Made Famous by Jet

This play obviously works because it compliments off tackle, which is the best-run play in the game. In order to stop off tackle you have to blitz and then this play becomes even more wide open. The play action looks just like off tackle and you can never tell which one it is.

Final Part of 4 Play Mini-Scheme

I prefer to smart route them because of nanos, but you do not have to. If somehow the crossing routes are covered; then, two underneath will be wide open. The half back curl is a route I love; he finds the seam in zone defense. This play is ridiculously deadly.

Part 3 of 4 Play Mini-Scheme

Being on the left hash mark is key because your outside left receiver will go out of bounds running his fade then come back in. Against zone he is just wide open.

Part 2 of 4 Play Mini-Scheme

Here’s where it gets interesting: Against zone defense, roll out to the right and you’ll have your flat open; but if you get bored of the flats then don’t forget you have your halfback on a little flat route to the left. When you roll out to the right the zone on the left get sucked in and you can hit your halfback who will be wide open.

Part 1 of 4 Play Mini-Scheme

You can run this one play every single time and the defense won’t know what’s coming because you now have a QB draw, a screen, and any passing play you want with whatever route combos you like all in one play.

Slip Screen Sneakiness

Play: HB slip screen
Formation: Y-trips weak
Setup:
1) Place outside left WR on slant to right
2) Place slot WR on slant to the left
3) Place right outside WR on smart routed out route
4) Roll-right on zone

Reads:
1) Flat route by TE
2) Crossing routes
3) HB screen
4) Rocket out route

Why it works:
The reason why this play is so deadly [...]

Curl Flats Creating Holes in Defense

The play works because of the motion-slant requiring attention on both sides of the field, as you could do it to either receiver out of the shotgun big set.

Deep Fork Presents Endless Possibilities

Gun Flip Trips is very unique and is one of, if not THE, best formation in this year’s game. There are so many different adjustments you can do with this one play, its ridiculous. This one just happens to be my favorite.
