-Youtube Downloader
Code:

Step One
Getting the vid

open youtube downloader and copy the link to the youtube video you want to make a gif out of. (once you copy the link, it should already show up in the box) Download it. and save
Step Two
converting and cutting the time on the vid

Change the youtube downloader setting to "convert Video"
In the "convert to" box right above, select "MOV." file type
Press OK
Make sure the "cut video" option is checked
and choose the general time of the video you want to turn into the gif (go back to the youtube video find the part, set the time in the box to a second before the start of the gif, and a second after you want it to end)
continue on by pressing ok, and save that file... (you may now delete the original full length file you downloaded)
Step Three
opening the gif into photoshop, and cutting the time to the exact start and finish

Open Photoshop
go to [file] > [import] > [video frames to layers] > then open the cut of the video you just saved
With the next window you have the entire thing in length in front of you
go to the arrow cursor at the bottom left of the video
drag it to the EXACT START of when you want your gif to start
Hold Shift and drag it until the exact end of your gif
press ok
Step 4
Finishing up

Go to [Window] on the top and make sure "animation" has a checkmark to the left of it
on the very bottom it should have every frame in little thumbnails, go all the way to the right on the grey bar just above them
there is an arrow going down, and 4 horrizontal lines (it is really small)... click it
click [select all frames]
click under any of the small thumbnails where it says [0.04 seconds]
click where it says [no delay]
Now go to [file] > [Save for web devices]
Save your file and you are ready to upload it to
Code:

and post it to ask madden

This may look tough or in another language but if you follow it step by step its all easy to find and well explained

Might want to add to check the box for infinite looping after clicking on "save for web and devices". Good tut either way...
