Playbook: Any with Nickel Strong
Formation: Nickel Strong
Play: Strong Man
Setup:
1. Shift defensive line left
2. Re blitz the blitzing CB
3. Move CB close to the defensive end (left of screen)
4. Bump n’ run
5. Control the deep safety
Mr 610’s thoughts:
I love this defense. It catches a lot of people off guard; you can flip it and make them try to guess which side the heat is coming from too. Bump and run gives them basically no time to try to pass. If they motion somebody then user guard them because that are trying to make a route unbumpable. I use this defense a lot through out a game. It gets great pressure without committing too much of your defense.

No man defense will stop long developing crossing routes especially if you leave 2 backs in to block. Sending one back on a go will pull the safety deep enough to allow the catch to yac for at leat 20 yards. If they are in a zone you can catch the quick drag for 5 quick ones and prepare to punt or kick the field goal.
3Wr’s and one w/ a comeback or curl beats this defense regularly .
